Dashboard is functional but not modern. Voice messages on the basic plan are capped at 30 seconds — nowhere is this clearly stated. And a monthly subscription costs as much as annual licenses for other tools. If they drop the price by 25-30% or add more features to the basic plan — happy to give five stars. As is: three.

Bought expecting Messenger and Instagram DM to be monitored together, since Meta unified them. But no. Only the Messenger side comes through. If you want Instagram DM you have to pay separately and set up another session. This should be clearly stated on the sales page. Messenger itself works well — messages, photos, active status. But without Instagram together, it loses a lot of value for me. Three stars for lack of transparency.

Se quiser Instagram DM tem que pagar separado e configurar outra sessão. Isso devia estar claro na página de venda. O Messenger em si funciona bem — mensagens, fotos, status ativo. Mas sem o Instagram junto, perde muito do valor pra mim. Três estrelas por falta de transparência.

So I'm based in the US and my family is still in China using WeChat for everything. Honestly didn't think any service could pull WeChat data considering how locked down it is. Tried it out and within maybe 20 minutes I had full chat logs, moments posts, even voice messages. The deleted message recovery actually works too which surprised me. Only giving 4 stars because the interface could use some polish and loading media takes a while. But the core functionality? Legit.
